This Privacy Policy explains how RevSpace LLC d/b/a Nimbus Media ("Nimbus Media", "we", "us") handles information collected through nimbusmedia.net and the Google Ads review request form.
When you submit the Google Ads review form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, Google Ads customer ID, and monthly ad spend range. We also collect standard server and analytics logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss your complimentary Google Ads review, and to operate, secure, and improve our site. We do not sell personal information.
We use trusted processors to run our business, including HighLevel / LeadConnector for CRM, email delivery, and form handling. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
